Who we are

What data we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email, phone and company (if you fill them in), project type, estimated budget and message.
  • Website chat: your conversation with the assistant and any contact details you choose to share in it (name, email, phone, what you are interested in).

We do not ask for data we do not use, and we do not profile anyone.

Why and on what legal basis

  • To answer your request and discuss a possible project: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • For general questions not tied to a project: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering you.

We do not send newsletters and do not use your data for advertising.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or pass on your data. For the website to work, it goes through these providers:

  • Vercel Inc. (USA): hosts the website and processes requests sent from the form and the chat.
  • Resend (USA): delivers form messages and chat requests to us by email.
  • Google (Gmail): the mailbox where we receive messages.
  • The chat assistant uses an AI model hosted on a dedicated server in Romania, run by a technical partner. Conversations are not stored on that server and are not used to train the model.

Vercel and Resend are US companies. Data transfers outside the European Union rely on the safeguards in their data processing agreements.

How long we keep data

  • If we do not end up working together, we delete your message within 30 days of the last exchange.
  • If we work together, we delete the messages 6 months after the collaboration ends.
  • Contracts and invoices are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Cookies

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It only remembers the theme you picked (light or dark) and your language, so you do not have to choose them on every visit. These are your own choices and are not used for anything else.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, ask for it to be erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to manilla.services@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro, or with the authority in your own EU country.
