A website is not a sign you hang on a wall once. It is a program running 24/7 on servers, receiving visitors with different intents, exposed to automated attacks, depending on dozens of libraries that update monthly. Without care, in 6-12 months your site becomes slow, vulnerable, outdated.

Maintenance is not just "fix it when it breaks". It means preventing problems before they appear: timely security updates, uptime monitoring with alerts, verified backups, performance optimizations when Google changes algorithms, fresh content to stay visible in search.

For active clients we have 3 subscription tiers. Essential for presentation sites (updates + monitoring). Standard for medium-activity sites (+ content + monthly adjustments). Premium for e-commerce and custom apps (+ ongoing SEO + new feature development).

  • Security updates: WordPress core, plugins, Next.js dependencies — on time, tested on staging
  • 24/7 uptime monitoring with alerts (UptimeRobot or similar)
  • Automatic daily backups + 30 days retention
  • Monthly performance audit: Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed score, recommendations
  • Periodic optimizations: new images, caching, fonts, bundle size
  • Quarterly security audit: vulnerabilities, malware scan, dependency audit
  • Email/Slack support: replies within 1 business day
  • Small adjustments included: text, images, small new sections (up to 2 hours/month on Essential)
  • Monthly report: what was done, what is coming, recommendations

    We check current state: security, performance, SEO, dependencies. We tell you what we find — even if we do not move forward.

    Monitoring setup (1 wk)

    We configure uptime monitoring, alerts, backups, staging access. You get a dashboard with real-time status.

  3. 03

    Initial sprint (2 wk)

    We resolve everything found in the audit (urgent updates, vulnerabilities, obvious optimizations). We bring you to a healthy state.

  4. 04

    Monthly rhythm

    Periodic update and optimization sessions. End-of-month report. Communication via email or Slack channel.

Subscription pricing

Three tiers based on site complexity. Monthly payment, no long-term contract.

Fromfrom 800 RON/mo

Essential: RON 800/month (presentation site). Standard: RON 1,500/month (active site, blog, 2 hours work/month included). Premium: RON 2,500-4,500/month (e-commerce or custom app, up to 8 hours/month). All without long-term contract — end when you want.

Frequently asked questions

  • Can I cancel the subscription anytime?

    Yes, no penalties. You pay monthly, end when you want. We ask for 30 days notice just to do clean handover (transferred access, documentation).

  • What happens if the site goes down?

    Monitoring notifies us immediately. For Essential we intervene within 4 business hours. Standard: 2 hours. Premium: 1 hour, including weekend.

  • Can I add development hours beyond what is included?

    Yes. Extra rate: RON 150/h for Essential, RON 130/h for Standard, RON 110/h for Premium. You approve each task exceeding the monthly budget in advance.

  • Do you also do maintenance on sites you did not build?

    Yes, but we first do a free audit to see what stack it is, what state it is in, if we can efficiently take over. Sometimes rewriting is simpler than maintaining bad code.

  • Are content changes (text, photos) included?

    Small changes (text, images) are included up to the monthly hour limit (2h Essential, 4h Standard, 8h Premium). Major new content (new pages, restructuring) over the limit at a reduced rate.

  • How is the monthly report done?

    Clear PDF with: work done (what, when), uptime % for the month, Core Web Vitals score, recommendations for next month. Sent via email on the first day of the next month.
