B2B lead generation from public sources, GDPR-compliant.
Structured aggregation of public data (ONRC, ANAF, professional registries, opt-in sources). B2B lead lists, enrichment, deduplication. Delivered via CSV or API. From RON 2,000.
Public data ≠ scraping, understanding the difference
GDPR and Regulation 679/2016 do NOT prohibit processing public data — they prohibit processing without legal basis. Data of companies registered with ONRC, ANAF, ANRE, ANCOM are public by law (transparency); data of professionals registered in public registries (lawyers, doctors, notaries, architects) likewise. For these sources, the legal basis is Art. 6.1.f GDPR (legitimate interest) when your purpose is legitimate B2B prospecting.
What we do NOT do: scraping personal data from social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn) without explicit consent, scraping from sites that prohibit it in T&C, processing sensitive data (health, religion, politics), selling to spammers. These flows are legally risky and we do not work that way.
What we do: structured aggregation from official sources, cross-source deduplication, enrichment with additional public information (company phone, contact email, address, NACE code, ANAF financial reports, age), delivery in CSV or API format. All lists come with documentation about source, extraction date, and legal basis — ready to be justified at audit.

Good fit if...
- You have a B2B product and want to build outreach pipeline to companies in a specific sector
- You want to identify target market based on objective criteria (NACE, turnover, county)
- You do market research and need a structured list of competitors or a sector
- You build a platform (marketplace, directory, comparator) and need seed data
- You want to map public profiles of professionals in a niche (lawyers, doctors, notaries)
Not a fit if...
- You want personal data from social networks without consent — we don't work that way
- You want personal emails (gmail, yahoo) — we only collect publicly listed business emails
- You're looking for 'spam lists' for aggressive email marketing — our outreach is designed as professional prospecting
- You want 'everything about everyone' — we refuse abusive scopes, we work on defined targets
How it unfolds

- 03
Extraction + cleaning (1-2 wk)

Frequently asked questions
Is it legal to collect this data?
Yes, for public data from official sources (ONRC, ANAF, professional registries), the legal basis is Art. 6.1.f GDPR (legitimate interest) when the purpose is legitimate B2B prospecting. We document source and extraction date for each field, ready to be justified at ANSPDCP audit.
What do you NOT collect?
We do NOT collect: personal data from social networks without consent, sensitive data (health, religion, politics), data from sites that prohibit it in T&C, personal emails (gmail, yahoo). We do NOT sell to spammers and do not process for unauthorized direct marketing.
How does it work with GDPR right to object?
Lists come with usage guide: any person on the list has the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Outreach must include visible opt-out and respect it within 30 days. We provide compliant email templates.
Can I use the lists for email marketing?
Yes, with caveats. For companies (B2B to publicly listed business emails), you can do cold outreach justified as legitimate interest. You CANNOT do mass automatic email marketing (spam) — ePrivacy Directive prohibits it. We recommend scaled personal outreach (Lemlist, Apollo) with moderate volume and clear opt-out.
How current is the data?
At delivery, data is freshly extracted (last 7-14 days). For ongoing accuracy, we offer periodic updates (monthly, quarterly). Good to know: ANAF status changes daily — verify before important outreach.
Do you do EU markets, not just RO?
For some EU markets (DE, AT, FR) we have access to registries similar to ONRC. For others (NL, SE) we cooperate with local partners. We discuss concrete scope before confirming.
