Case study

Challenge

The client came through a referral with a minimal brief: bring the old Yii-based site back online. After a discussion about the premium brands represented — Wippro doors, Internorm windows, premium parquet — the question shifted: what would a digital showroom that actually reflects the products sold look like, not just lists them? The decision: a real upgrade, not a legacy patch — an online business card matching the showroom-grade brands.

Approach

Full rebuild on Next.js — not a 1:1 migration from Yii, but a digital showroom rebuilt from scratch. Catalog structured per brand and category, bilingual RO/EN with native hreflang, high-resolution product photography, detailed technical specs. Contextual offer-request flow (form pre-filled with the product of interest). Premium catalog structured data, llms.txt for AI search, Core Web Vitals 90+ performance to match the brands sold.

Results

Showroom live at kulttur.ro, bilingual RO/EN with validated hreflang (ro / en / x-default). Rich schema: WebSite + SearchAction, LocalBusiness with PostalAddress + GeoCoordinates + OpeningHoursSpecification, structured FAQPage. llms.txt active for AI search. Strict Content Security Policy alongside analytics (GA4, Tag Manager) and social proof (Trustindex) integrations. A digital business card on par with the brands represented.
